One designer, start to finish
You talk with the person who will design the system, not a call center. We ask about the house, how you live in it, and what technology has let you down so far.
B.
No follow-up sequence
There's no drip campaign after the call. If we're a fit, the next step is a site walk and a written proposal. If we're not, we'll tell you that too.
C.
Phone, video, or the Design Center
Keep it to a call, or come by 15108 Glenwood Ave in Overland Park and see lighting, shading, and whole-home audio running live before you decide anything.
