Certified Zoom Rooms. Appliance Mode (no Windows PC to manage), one-touch join from Outlook/Google Calendar, scheduled display sleep.
Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR). Both MTR-Windows (Crestron Flex, Lenovo ThinkSmart) and MTR-Android (Yealink, Logitech). Hot-desk + reservation modes.
Boardroom camera switching. Logitech Rally with Sight, Poly Studio X70, Neat Bar Pro — automatic person-framing, multi-camera quorum.
Ceiling microphone arrays. Shure MXA920 (32-channel beamforming) or Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2 — nothing on the table, clean speech pickup across a 30-person room.
BYOD huddle spaces. Logitech Rally Bar / Poly Studio X with USB-C — bring your laptop, plug in, you have the room.
Centralized management and monitoring. Logitech Sync, Microsoft Pro Management, Zoom Device Management. Weekly health-check, off-hours firmware updates, 24×7 incident response.

Common questions

How much does a Zoom Room or Teams Room cost in Kansas City?

It depends on room count and size, certified rooms versus bring-your-own-device, and whether we manage firmware and monitoring afterward. A huddle room and a boardroom with a ceiling microphone array are different projects. Tell us the rooms and we return a fixed bid, not a range.

What UC platforms do you certify?

Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR Windows + MTR Android), Zoom Rooms (Appliance Mode preferred), Google Meet Series One, and BYOD via USB-C bars (Logitech Rally Bar, Poly Studio X, Neat Bar Pro). We can also support legacy SIP / H.323 VC for medical / legal practices on older PRI infrastructure.

What hardware do you install for video conferencing?

Bars and cameras: Logitech Rally with Sight for automatic camera switching, Poly Studio X70 for boardrooms, Yealink MeetingBar A30, Neat Bar Pro. Ceiling microphone arrays: Shure MXA920 or MXA710, Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2. Touch controllers: Logitech Tap, Crestron Mercury or TST, Poly TC10. Appliances: Lenovo MTR, Logitech Rally Bar built-in, Crestron Flex.

Do you handle ongoing firmware and monitoring?

Yes — Logitech Sync, Microsoft Pro Management, Zoom Device Management or Poly Lens, depending on the deployment. Centralized firmware updates pushed off-hours, a weekly health-check report, a room-availability dashboard for facilities, and 24×7 incident response. Managed UC is priced per room, with a lower rate for larger estates of rooms.
