What a project like this involves
A control-system project puts the rooms under one set of controls. Lighting, audio, video, shades and the alarm each keep their own hardware, and the control system is the layer that makes them answer to one keypad, one app and a handful of scenes.
The programming is ours and documented; the homeowner gets a system that behaves the same way from every room, and a record of how it was built.

- Security. A monitored alarm panel with door, window and motion sensors, keypads at the entries, and the panel tied into the control system.
