IntegrateIT carries and installs LG across the Kansas City metro — OLED evo and QNED evo televisions in the house, and LG MAGNIT direct-view LED on the walls that have to be read from the front door. One precision first, because the trade is sloppy about this word: LG is a line we carry and install under distribution, not one we hold our own dealer agreement on, so we do not call ourselves an authorized LG dealer. What we carry and install from LG
Two halves, and they rarely appear in the same project. The televisions go in houses; the MAGNIT direct-view LED line goes in commercial rooms and the occasional feature wall. We specify and install to order — nothing below sits on a shelf here.
- LG OLED evo — G6, C6 and B6. The black-level family. The G6 is the one supplied with a flush wall mount, which is what you want when the display has to sit in the plane of the wall; the C6 and B6 step down through the range. These belong in a media room that can be dimmed, a lounge or a primary suite, and they are what we recess and conceal most often on the LG side.
- LG OLED evo W6 — True Wireless. A panel a few millimetres thick with every input moved into a separate Zero Connect Box that transmits picture and sound to it. The reason to specify it is architectural: a wall a designer will not let us open, or a location with no route for a rack. LG does not exempt you from planning power to the screen, and neither do we.
- LG QNED evo — Mini LED. LG’s brighter family: a Mini LED backlight behind a Quantum Dot layer, which LG expands as Qualified Nano Enhanced Display. This is the answer for a great room with windows on two walls, a kitchen sightline and nobody willing to close a blind.
- LG MAGNIT — direct-view LED. LG’s dvLED families, which is what a video wall is built from: MAGNIT Gen 2, MAGNIT Active Micro LED, and MAGNIT Essential Micro LED, for which LG states a 1.25 mm pixel pitch, up to 600 nits of calibrated brightness and front-service access.
- LG MAGNIT all-in-one. MAGNIT Gen 2 AIO — LG states a 0.78 mm pixel pitch, HDR10 and HDR10 Pro support, and Crestron Connected compatibility — and MAGNIT Essential All-in-One, which LG describes as COB Micro LED with an embedded webOS controller and built-in speakers. An all-in-one arrives as a unit rather than as cabinets to assemble, which is usually the right call for a single wall in a boardroom or a lobby.
- LG commercial signage. The UHD standard-signage range on LG’s own webOS platform, the Ultra Stretch all-in-one for a 32:9 canvas in a corridor or transport space, and LG’s Transparent OLED Signage where the display has to sit in a window and still let the light through. That work lives on our digital signage page, because signage is a publishing operation as much as a hardware one.
What a dvLED wall actually asks of the building
A video wall is construction wearing a display costume, and every one of the following is cheaper to decide at drawing stage than to discover at install. This is the conversation we have with the builder and the mechanical contractor, not only with you.
- Pitch, set by the seats. The spacing between LEDs decides how close somebody can stand before the picture resolves into dots. Measure the closest regular viewing position and choose for it — finer than that is money spent on something nobody in the room will see.
- Brightness, set by the room’s light. A lobby with a glass curtain wall and a windowless boardroom are different specifications. LG publishes a calibrated brightness figure on some MAGNIT families and we quote only what is on the page.
- Serviceability, decided once. Front-service tiles can be pulled from inside the room; rear-service needs a working gap behind the wall, which the framing has to allow for. Changing your mind later means opening the wall.
- Power and heat, counted for the array. Dedicated circuits sized for the whole wall, and a continuous heat load the mechanical design has to absorb. In a closed room this is a real number, not a rounding error.
- Mounting depth and flatness. The frame carries the tiles dead flat, because a wall a few millimetres out of plane shows every seam under the room’s own lighting. All-in-one units are shallower; tiled walls need the depth.
- The video path. What feeds it, at what resolution, through what processor, over what cable — and what happens when the source is a laptop somebody brought to a meeting. That is the part of a commercial AV design that decides whether the wall gets used.
Where LG sits beside the other lines we carry
On televisions the choice against Sony and Samsung is panel type and room light rather than badge, and we carry all three so there is nothing to defend. Where the television has to read as furniture or as art, Loewe is the line we reach for instead.
On direct-view LED we also carry and install Just Video Walls — the outdoor-rated line we build with when the wall is going on a patio or a pool deck — and Samsung The Wall for indoor fine-pitch work. Against all of them, in a room that can go genuinely dark, a projector on a Stewart Filmscreen surface is still the reference answer and costs a fraction as much per square foot. We say that on the video wall page too, because it is true whichever line we would be selling you.

Which LG television line suits my room?
LG runs two families and they answer different rooms. The OLED evo line — G6, C6, B6 — is a black-level answer: a dim media room, a basement lounge, a primary suite. The G6 ships with a flush wall mount, which matters when the display is meant to sit in the plane of the wall rather than stand off it. The QNED evo line is Mini LED behind a Quantum Dot layer — LG expands QNED as Qualified Nano Enhanced Display — and it is the brighter answer for a great room with windows on two walls. There is also the OLED evo W6, where the panel is a few millimetres thick and everything else lives in a separate Zero Connect Box that sends picture and sound to it wirelessly, which solves a designer wall with no chase in it. We size against the seating distance and the room’s worst-case ambient light before any of that matters.
What is LG MAGNIT, and when is a video wall the right answer?
MAGNIT is LG’s direct-view LED line — the picture is made by the LEDs themselves rather than by a backlight behind a panel, so the image is built from tiles and can be almost any size and shape. It is the right answer in exactly one situation: the image has to be larger than any single panel makes, and the lights are staying on. Lobbies, boardrooms, restaurant feature walls, a golf-simulator bay wall, a great room where the display is the architecture. It is the wrong answer in a dedicated theater that can go properly dark — there a projector on a good screen is still the reference, and it costs a fraction as much per square foot. We will tell you which one you have before anything is ordered.
What pixel pitch do I need, and what does LG publish?
Pixel pitch is the spacing between LEDs and it sets how close a viewer can stand before the image stops reading as a picture. The right method is to measure where people will actually be — the closest regular position, not the furthest — and choose pitch to suit it, because finer pitch costs substantially more per square foot and a very fine pitch in a room whose closest viewer is well back is money nobody in that room will ever perceive. On its own pages LG states 1.25 mm for the MAGNIT Essential Micro LED and for the LSAB012 MicroLED signage, and 0.78 mm for the MAGNIT Gen 2 all-in-one and the LAAA007 all-in-one. We quote no figure we have not read on LG’s page, and the number that ends up on your proposal comes off the site walk.
What does an LG video wall need behind it?
More than people expect, which is why we walk the room before specifying. Structure: the mounting frame has to carry the tiles dead flat, because a wall out of plane shows every seam. Depth: an all-in-one unit is shallower than a tiled cabinet wall with a service gap, and that dimension belongs in the architect conversation rather than in an AV proposal. Power: dedicated circuits, counted for the whole array rather than per tile. Heat: the wall puts real heat into the room continuously, and it is far cheaper to raise with the mechanical contractor at design than to solve with a portable unit later. Service access: front-service tiles can be pulled from the room, rear-service needs a gap behind, and that decision is permanent once the wall is built. And a signal path — the processor, the wiring and the source — that is designed rather than improvised.
Can LG displays and a video wall run from the same control system?
Yes, and that is how we install them. One press wakes the wall or the display, selects the input, sets the lighting and closes the shades, and the same press in reverse puts the room back. We are a Control4 Platinum Dealer with a Control4 Certified Showroom and a Crestron Elite Partner with programming done in house; LG states Crestron Connected compatibility on the MAGNIT Gen 2 all-in-one, and the commercial signage runs LG’s own webOS platform so content can be scheduled from a browser.
