Lighting control · Mission Hills, 2024.
In 2024 IntegrateIT designed and installed a single-room system in Mission Hills, Kansas: lighting control and access control. The equipment lines on this project include Control4. Our own crew did the work from our showroom and design center at 15108 Glenwood Ave in Overland Park, Kansas. This page records the project by city and system; we publish no client name, address or photograph without the homeowner's written permission.
What went in
- Lighting control. Dimmers, keypads and scenes that set the house for morning, evening and away, replacing banks of switches. How we do lighting control
- Access control. Readers, locks and gates that open for the right people and log who came through. How we do access control
Equipment lines named on the project list: Control4. Every line we specify is one we hold a dealer agreement on or carry through distribution; the brands directory says which is which.
What a project like this involves
A lighting-control project replaces the wall of switches with dimmers, keypads and scenes. Each room is programmed for the way it is used — a morning level, an evening level, an away state — and the keypads are engraved for the house.
Shades, where they are part of the job, move on the same scenes.
The size of this one, in our records, is a single-room system. We do not publish prices; the cost guides explain what moves them, and every project gets one fixed written price after a site walk.
