Elite HTS · Kansas City.

IntegrateIT is an authorized Elite HTS dealer across the Kansas City metro — theater recliners and front-row couch seating, built to order around the people who will sit in them. We are also the people who draw the riser, run power to every seat, set the rows and calibrate the sound once the seats are in. Phone: (913) 804-7575 or office@integrateit.tech.

Elite HTS starts from the body rather than the catalogue. Each recliner is an arm style paired with one of six backrest profiles, and the backrests are where the range spends its effort — one of them was developed with a chiropractor, another has a headrest that adjusts for whoever sits down. Then comes a lot of front-row seating, for the rooms where half the family would rather lie down. The series and option names below are the current ones on Elite HTS’s own site.

What we specify from Elite HTS

By series, with where each tends to land in a theater here:

  • Signature Series. Recliners on the Signature Support backrest, shaped with chiropractor Dr. Grant O’Neill around lumbar and thoracic support — for the riser rows of a dedicated home theater where people sit through a whole film, not a half-hour show.
  • Adaptive Series. Built around an adjustable headrest for a wide range of body types — the sensible default for a family theater where the same seat holds a teenager on Friday and a grandparent on Sunday.
  • Madera Series. Hand-finished real wood trim on the arm, compatible with every Elite HTS backrest profile — for a media room or a theater finished in wood, where the seats should match the millwork.
  • Classic Series. Presented around Elite HTS’s Model N5 recliner in Cine-Suede or Arlo fabric, with a choice of metallic cupholder finishes — a straightforward row for a room where the fabric colour is the main decision.
  • Front-row seating — Reclining Chaise, Theater Sectionals, Theater Beds, Cuddle Couches. Couch-style seating for the front row, usually with recliners on a riser behind. A reclining chaise can be any Elite HTS recliner with an extended chaise base in place of the footrest; theater beds come in a Traditional or Modern style.
  • Backrest profiles — Signature Support, Lumbar Support, Classic Contour, Adjustable, Studio, Plush Comfort. Mixed and matched with the arm styles, and not necessarily the same across a whole row.
  • Materials and options. Cine-Suede and Arlo fabrics with a water-repellent finish, leathers, Customer-Owned Material, custom stitching, custom storage, cupholder finishes and optional swivel trays, on a motorised wall-hugger power recline.

We specify and order to the room — we do not keep seats on hand, and lead times come from the factory. The arm, backrest, material and layout on your proposal come off the room drawing and a conversation about who sits where.

How we design an Elite HTS room

  • Heights before fabrics. We ask who sits where and how tall they are before anyone looks at a swatch, because that is what picks the backrest. A row of six does not have to be six identical seats.
  • One drawing, reviewed twice. Our room drawing — screen, speakers, riser, walkway, door — goes to Elite HTS’s layout review, which returns riser height and sightline suggestions for the seats specified. What gets built is the drawing both sides agreed on.
  • Front row decided early. A theater bed or sectional in front changes the riser height and the row spacing behind it, so it is settled at the framing stage, not after the carpet.
  • Power before the riser closes. Every powered seat needs an outlet in the right place. Leaving that until delivery is how a finished riser gets cut open.
  • Sound is set with the seats in. Surround height, the listening position and the calibration assume the real seat in the real place, and a deep couch in the front row sits lower than a recliner. We measure after delivery.
  • Documented, then supported. The configuration and layout go into your portal with the rest of the project record. Every install carries our five-year workmanship warranty from the final invoice; the seats carry Elite HTS’s own terms, which are on your proposal.

Elite HTS or CinemaTech?

We are also an authorized CinemaTech dealer, and the choice between them is about where the room’s priorities sit. Elite HTS tunes a recliner to posture and puts real depth into front-row lounging. CinemaTech offers a catalogue of named theater, sofa, swivel and living-room models with a broad materials library, which suits a room that has to look like the rest of the house. Either can seat a theater well; we will tell you which we would choose for yours and why. When the seats are one layer of a room where screen, sound, light and acoustics are all designed together, see how we build a dedicated cinema.

Common questions

Who sells and installs Elite HTS seating in Kansas City?

IntegrateIT (Overland Park, KS) is an authorized Elite HTS dealer across the Kansas City metro, on both sides of the state line. We choose the arm style, backrest profile and layout off the room drawing, order the seats built to it, run power to every seat position before the riser is closed, and set and connect the rows on site. We do not hold seats on a shelf — Elite HTS builds to order, and the lead time on your proposal is the one the factory gives us. Phone: (913) 804-7575 or office@integrateit.tech.

What are the Elite HTS series right now?

Elite HTS presents its recliners as the Signature Series, designed with chiropractor Dr. Grant O’Neill; the Adaptive Series, built around an adjustable headrest for a wide range of body types; the Madera Series, with hand-finished real wood trim; and the Classic Series, which it currently offers around its Model N5 recliner in Cine-Suede or Arlo fabric. For the front row it offers Reclining Chaises, Theater Sectionals, Theater Beds and Cuddle Couches. Underneath the series names, every recliner is an arm style paired with a backrest profile, which is how Elite HTS’s own configurator builds one.

How do I choose an Elite HTS backrest?

By who will sit in it, because the backrest is where the posture is decided. Elite HTS publishes six profiles: Signature Support, developed with Dr. O’Neill around lumbar and thoracic support; Lumbar Support, with an angled lower back; Classic Contour; Adjustable, with a manually adjustable headrest; Studio, a streamlined profile; and Plush Comfort, with extra cushioning. In its own comparison, Elite HTS gives the Signature Support a typical height range of about 5 ft 5 in to 6 ft 2 in and points households with a wide spread of heights to the Adjustable profile. Different rows — or different seats in one row — can carry different backrests, and in a family theater they often should.

What goes in the front row — recliners or a couch?

Often a couch, with recliners on the riser behind it. Elite HTS’s front-row options are Theater Beds, a full-length chaise-style seat in a Traditional or Modern style; Reclining Chaises, which are any Elite HTS recliner with the footrest replaced by an extended chaise base while keeping the motorised back; Sectionals, modular and reconfigurable; and the Cuddle Couch, a rounded seat for two with an optional ottoman extension. A couch in front is a good answer for families with children and for rooms that also host a crowd; it is the wrong answer if every viewer wants their own controls. We draw both before you decide.

Does Elite HTS help with the riser and the layout?

Yes, and we use it. Elite HTS reviews room dimensions and returns seating layouts, riser height suggestions and sightline considerations, and each order goes through a design and layout review before it is built. We bring our side of the drawing to that review — the screen size and height, the speaker positions relative to each row, the door swing, the walkway and where the power lands — so the seating plan and the theater plan are one plan rather than two that disagree on site.

What materials and options can I choose?

Elite HTS lists leathers and fabrics including its Cine-Suede and Arlo fabrics, which it treats with a water-repellent finish; Customer-Owned Material; custom stitching; custom storage; real wood trim on the Madera Series; a choice of metallic cupholder finishes; and optional swivel trays. Its power recline uses a motorised wall-hugger mechanism, the kind designed to sit closer to the wall behind it — we still confirm the clearance on the drawing rather than assume it. The full selection goes on the proposal, line by line.
