Authorized Dealer

SimBooth · Kansas City.

IntegrateIT is an authorized SimBooth dealer across the Kansas City metro — the aluminum golf simulator booth with its own floor, solid wall and ceiling panels and a crease-free screen, in four sizes. The exact model for your room is confirmed on your proposal. Dealer status is the short part. We are the people who measure the room, choose the booth against the ceiling and the swing, specify the projector and launch monitor, plan the power and the network, and calibrate the system afterwards. Phone: (913) 804-7575 or office@integrateit.tech.

What we specify and install from SimBooth

The models below are the ones on SimBooth’s own site, with SimBooth’s own dimensions, given as width by depth by height. SimBooth describes itself as a Québec-based company that designs and manufactures golf simulator enclosures. Every model is listed with an aluminum structure, a full-surface floor, solid wall and ceiling panels and a crease-free screen; what changes is the size, the screen and who assembles it. We specify and install to order.

  • SimBooth 1. 11 ft 1 in by 12 ft by 7 ft 10 in, with a 152-inch screen. SimBooth positions it for people short of space, and rates it for self-installation. It is the size to look at for a lower basement or a spare room.
  • SimBooth 2. 12 ft 1¾ in by 12 ft by 8 ft 10 in, with a 172-inch screen. Also rated for self-installation. It is wider and taller than the SimBooth 1, so the choice between the two comes down to the ceiling and the golfer.
  • SimBooth 3. 14 ft 1 in by 14 ft 11 in by 9 ft 11 in, with a 196-inch screen. SimBooth positions it for commercial indoor golf facilities and says it needs a professional installation team. It is the size we would put in front of someone planning commercial golf simulator bays.
  • SimBooth 4. 15 ft 11 in by 14 ft 11 in by 10 ft 5 in, with a 218-inch curved screen and a commercial hitting mat. SimBooth calls it its largest enclosure, for commercial spaces and high-end residential rooms, and also says it needs a professional installation team.
  • Options. SimBooth’s configurator offers standard or half walls, a standard or commercial hitting mat, a BenQ projector, a launch monitor and simulator software. Which of those come from SimBooth and which we specify separately is decided on the proposal.
  • SimBooth Kit. A bundle SimBooth describes as all-inclusive and easy to self-install. When the room needs a different projector or launch monitor from the bundle, we start from the enclosure alone and specify the rest.

How we put a SimBooth into a room

  • Measure the room before the booth. SimBooth recommends 15 ft wide by 22 ft deep by 10 ft high for the SimBooth 1 and 2, 15 by 25 by 10 ft 6 in for the 3, and 16 ft 2 in by 25 ft by 11 ft for the 4. We measure the finished ceiling under the lowest duct or beam, then check the swing. Our room-requirements guide walks the same measurements.
  • The launch monitor is chosen last. SimBooth says its booths work with most tracking devices on the market. A unit that mounts overhead or beside the ball still has to fit inside the booth, so we check the mounting against the walls and ceiling panels first.
  • Projector, power and network. The projector mount, the cable runs, power for the projector and the simulator PC, and a wired network drop are planned with the booth, not added after it is built.
  • Calibration with the booth finished. The projector is aligned to the screen and the monitor is calibrated with the hitting mat in place. For the whole bay this is part of our golf simulator installation work.

Where SimBooth sits beside the other lines we carry

We also carry and install Carl’s Place enclosures, which are frames with an impact screen, or a screen anchored wall to wall in a dedicated room. SimBooth comes up when the room wants a finished booth with its own floor and panels; Carl’s Place comes up when the screen goes into a frame or is built into the room. A SimBooth builds the enclosure, not the tracking. The launch monitor comes from the lines we are authorized on: Foresight Sports units sit beside the ball, Uneekor mounts overhead, and Trackman combines radar and camera. For the projector, SimBooth’s configurator lists BenQ.

Questions

Common questions

Is IntegrateIT an authorized SimBooth dealer?

Yes. IntegrateIT (Overland Park, KS) is an authorized SimBooth dealer across the Kansas City metro, on both sides of the state line — golf simulator booths for basements, garages, bonus rooms and commercial bays. We measure the room, choose the booth size against the ceiling and the swing, specify the projector and launch monitor around it, plan the power and network, and calibrate the system once the booth is up. We specify and install to order rather than selling a boxed booth off a shelf, so the model on your proposal comes off the room measurements. Phone: (913) 804-7575 or office@integrateit.tech.

Which SimBooth fits my room?

Ceiling height and depth decide most of it. SimBooth lists four sizes: the SimBooth 1 at 11 ft 1 in by 12 ft by 7 ft 10 in, the SimBooth 2 at 12 ft 1¾ in by 12 ft by 8 ft 10 in, the SimBooth 3 at 14 ft 1 in by 14 ft 11 in by 9 ft 11 in and the SimBooth 4 at 15 ft 11 in by 14 ft 11 in by 10 ft 5 in, each as width by depth by height. For the room around it, SimBooth’s product pages recommend 15 ft wide by 22 ft deep by 10 ft high for the SimBooth 1 and 2, and a deeper, taller room for the 3 and 4. Its helpful-information page lists smaller minimums; we plan to the recommended room and use the finished ceiling height under the lowest duct or beam, not the height at the stairs.

What does the booth include, and what is still the room’s job?

SimBooth lists the same core for every model: an aluminum structure, a full-surface floor, solid wall and ceiling panels and a crease-free screen. Half walls, a standard or commercial hitting mat, a BenQ projector, a launch monitor and simulator software are options in its configurator. What a booth cannot supply is the room: a ceiling high enough for the swing, power, a wired network drop for the simulator PC, lighting, and a place for the PC and the projector cabling. Those are the parts we plan before anything is ordered.

Which launch monitor and projector go with a SimBooth?

SimBooth says its booths work with most tracking devices on the market, and its home page names Foresight and TrackMan among them. We choose the monitor last, after the room is measured: a unit that mounts overhead or beside the ball has to fit inside the booth’s walls and ceiling panels, so we check the mounting against the booth before either is ordered. We are an authorized dealer for Foresight Sports, Uneekor and Trackman. For the projector, SimBooth’s configurator lists the BenQ AH30ST, a Full HD LED model, and the BenQ AK700ST, a 4K laser model, on the SimBooth 1 and 2, and we specify the projector against the screen and the throw distance in your room.

Can I assemble a SimBooth myself?

SimBooth’s own pages rate the SimBooth 1 and 2 for self-installation and say the SimBooth 3 and 4 need a professional installation team. If you would rather not build the booth, hang the projector and run the cabling yourself, we install to order. For a SimBooth 3 or 4, who assembles the booth is settled on the proposal before anything is ordered, and we plan the room, the power and the technology around it either way.

What happens after the install?

The projector is aligned to the screen and the launch monitor is calibrated with the booth finished and the hitting mat in place, and the settings are recorded in your portal. The work we do carries our five-year workmanship warranty from the final invoice.
