The dealer agreement is our own, and what the purchase carries is confirmed on your proposal. What we specify and install from Magico
The series below are the ones on Magico’s own site today. We specify and install to order; the exact model goes on the proposal once the room is drawn.
- A Series — A1, A3, A5, ACC and ASub. The A1 is a two-way bookshelf loudspeaker, the ACC a centre channel and the ASub the series subwoofer; we would place the A Series in a listening room or a media room where the front stage and the music system are the same speakers.
- S Series — S2, S3, S5, S7, SCC and S Sub. With its own SCC centre channel and S Sub, the S Series is the family we would reach for across the front of a dedicated theater that also has to play music properly.
- M Series — M2, M3, M6, M7 and M9. We would place the M Series in a dedicated two-channel listening room that has been designed around the pair, with the treatment and the electronics in the same scope.
- Titan — Titan 15. A powered subwoofer; it goes into a theater or a listening room that needs more low-frequency output than the main speakers provide, placed and integrated on measurement.
How we design a room around them
- The room is drawn before the model is chosen. Room size, seating distance and how loud the owner listens decide the series and the model. A speaker chosen first and a room fitted around it afterwards is the expensive order of operations.
- Placement is measured, not guessed. Distances to the side and back walls and to the listening seat are drawn, and the wiring and power land where the speakers need to be.
- Treatment is part of the speaker scope. A loudspeaker at this level reveals the room around it, so acoustic treatment is designed alongside it rather than added when something sounds wrong.
- Amplification is sized to the speaker. The electronics are chosen for the speaker and the room, not inherited from the rack, and the subwoofers are integrated on measurement.
- We measure at handover. Every room is measured and calibrated, and the measurements stay in your project record. Our five-year workmanship warranty runs from the final invoice.
Where Magico sits beside the lines we also carry
We carry more than one loudspeaker line on purpose, so the recommendation can be about the room. In a listening room the comparison is often Magico against Focal, Bowers & Wilkins or MartinLogan, and it is decided by listening and by the room. In a large dedicated theater the conversation can move to Wisdom Audio, JBL Synthesis or Steinway Lyngdorf, with a Trinnov processor doing the room correction.

What are Magico’s current loudspeaker series?
Magico’s own site lists four: the A Series (A1, A3 and A5, with the ACC centre channel and the ASub subwoofer), the S Series (S2, S3, S5 and S7, with the SCC centre channel and the S Sub), the M Series (M2, M3, M6, M7 and M9), and Titan, which is the Titan 15 powered subwoofer. We work from that current list and name the exact models on the proposal once the room is drawn.
Can Magico be used in a home theater as well as a listening room?
Yes. Both the A Series and the S Series include a centre-channel loudspeaker — the ACC and the SCC — and a matching subwoofer, so the front stage of a theater can stay in one family, and the Titan 15 is a powered subwoofer for a room that needs more low-frequency output. In a dedicated theater we pair the speakers with a processor and amplification sized for the room, and we design the acoustic treatment in the same scope. In a two-channel listening room the job is quieter and more exacting: placement, the room and the electronics.
What does a pair of Magico speakers need from the room?
More than people expect. A loudspeaker at this level reveals the room it is in, so hard floors, glass and parallel walls show up in what you hear. We draw the room first — seating distance, distances to the walls, where the reflections land — and then decide the model, the placement and the treatment together. Amplification is sized to the speaker and the room rather than to whatever is already in the rack, and the subwoofers are integrated on measurement.
Who handles the setup and what happens after handover?
We do, in house. We place the speakers, run the wiring, tie the system into Control4 or Crestron if the house has one, measure the room and calibrate it at handover, and we keep the measurements with the rest of your project record. Every install carries our five-year workmanship warranty from the final invoice.
