IntegrateIT, a Platinum-tier Control4 dealer headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, works the Iron Horse neighborhoods wrapped around the golf club on Mission Road in south Leawood: Iron Horse Estates, the Hills, the Woods, and the villa communities in 66224. Most of these homes went up in the late 1990s and early 2000s on mature, generous lots, which means they were wired for a different decade. The recurring project is a takeover — pull the dead gear, keep the good cable, put a current Control4 and Lutron system on top of it.
